All Together Fairer, Cheshire and Merseyside’s innovative, ambitious and courageous Programme to reduce health inequalities launched May 2022, coinciding with a ground-breaking report from leading health expert Professor Sir Michael Marmot and his team at the Institute of Health Equity.
Since then, All Together Fairer has channelled the energy, passion and enthusiasm witnessed at the launch event to make the report a reality. With a completely unique model of delivery, which combines an active, learning and evolving group of local Leads, as well as a collaborative approach to training, development, communications and more, never before has Cheshire and Merseyside’s health and care system been so galvanised towards one goal.
