This one-day (face to face only) summit brings together ICB executive leads and place based leads, policy makers, commissioning leads for palliative and end of life care, clinical and non-clinical leads (e.g. Hospice CEOs), providers and other stakeholders, from clinical and non-clinical backgrounds, to share their experiences, initiatives and vision from across palliative and end of life care for adults, children and young people. Colleagues from other associated workstreams: ageing well, social care, frailty, cancer, dementia, children’s and young people including from a neonatal setting are also welcome.
