We would like to thank public health colleagues and partners across the system for sharing our ‘Lower My Drinking’ campaign resources for Dry January over the past month.
We’ve seen an increase in downloads of the free app which helps people who live or work in Cheshire and Merseyside to check how much they’re drinking and cut down their alcohol intake to a safe level.
Alongside partners supporting the campaign, the Collaborative has been running targeted advertising social media throughout January. The adverts have been seen by over 376,000 people with more than 3,306 of them clicking through to look at the app.
We will continue to promote the app over the coming months and continue to ask for support in sharing the campaign resources locally in your areas with the public and to colleagues in your organisations.
