This free virtual conference will bring together a range of healthcare experts to explore the pivotal role that personalised care can play in helping to tackle the major health inequalities that exist today.
Professor Bola Owolabi, Director of Health Inequalities at NHS England is the keynote speaker and the conference will explore examples of finding out what matters to the person and communities, patient and public engagement and consideration of the individual to the population in tackling health inequalities.
Some of the sessions will be led by people with lived experience and focus on engaging with marginalised communities and working with children and adults with complex disabilities and their families.
