Supporting internationally educated nurses and midwives: Pastoral care buddy systems

This session will showcase the different approaches to buddy support for our internationally recruited staff. It will share best practice of approaches and how they were set up and the support they have offered.

The aim is to support any organisations considering setting up a buddy support system or review their current buddy support system and add improvements if needed.
