This exciting North West masterclass will consider the developments within the complex ICS landscape across the North West over 12 months on. Hear from regional ICB leaders how our systems are driving forward change and integration in a challenging operating context.

July 2023 marked the first anniversary of ICSs formally coming into effect. The North West Masterclass partnership have come together to provide a collaborative and reflective space for ICB leaders to share their personal and organisational learning, as they strive to lead across systems, improve population health outcomes, transform health and care services, reduce health inequalities and create the best value for public funds.

This online masterclass will consist of a chaired panel session, featuring three short verbal presentations, followed by a Q&A.
