The purpose of this session is to explore how to work with complex relationships within teams and across organisations. Focus upon exploring ways to lead change that are both effective and compassionate, covering: Strategies and models for influencing others, both within and outside organisation. Experiential exercise to practice influencing strategies and styles. Application of Learning. Relationship mapping; developing strategies to build networks of influence, applying to specific real issues.
