Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) is one of the main causes of death and disability in the UK, accounting for 15% of deaths in England in 2019.
Dr Riyaz Patel, who is a Consultant Cardiologist at the Barts Heart Centre at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in the City, will be leading this practical online session on CVD prevention and heart health, in partnership with the East London Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Group (ELoPE) and the City of London Corporation’s Business Healthy programme.
