The first session of North West Employer’s management essentials programme ‘Having Strength Based Conversations with Neurodivergent Employees’ is a virtual 2.5 hour session taking place virtually on Wednesday 27 March 2024, 1pm – 3.30pm
The workshop will provide support for managers to have effective conversations with neurodivergent employees. Learn and practice real life scenarios in how to have meaningful conversations about careers paths, learning and development and performance.
