Join NHS England for a North West workshop which has been jointly developed with representatives from the North West Parent Carer Forum to discuss best practice when including Asthma in person centred care plans.
The workshop will also share feedback from families, discuss different triggers and prompts and highlight the key differences experienced a range of educational settings. Further information can be found here.
