Working with people and communities to tackle racial inequalities

Join colleagues from Central Liverpool Primary Care Network (CLPCN) and Co-create to explore how they worked with people and communities to address tackling racial inequalities in Central Liverpool. Speakers will discuss their journey from the point of acknowledging that there was an issue they needed to address as a Primary Care Network, to working out where to start, and then to building the capacity, communities and relationships needed to shift the culture.
