Join Professor Rosanna Cousins, Professor of Occupational Psychology at Liverpool Hope University, as they explore the issue of managing stressors in the workplace to promote work ability for the benefit of both employee and employer. Professor Cousins has been involved in the development of various tools and models to identify ways to support interventions nationally and internationally.
