This is a King’s Fund event and is not run by Champs Public Health Collaborative
As the world hopes to emerge from a year of collective loss due to Covid-19, the pandemic has highlighted the prevalence of deep, structural inequalities in society and the direct causal link these have to health outcomes, reinforcing the understanding that health and care services are only one piece, in the bigger, more complex puzzle of factors that determine people’s health and wellbeing.
Join the King’s Fund for this virtual conference from 28 June – 1 July, when The King’s Fund’s learning and its vision for the future of population health in the post Covid-19 landscape will be shared. By exploring the changes brought about by Covid-19, we will examine the role of the health and care system in designing population health fit for the future. From primary care networks, through the role of the NHS in delivering population health, to the emerging leadership role of local areas and the value-adding leadership of the voluntary sector, this conference will highlight best practice examples that tackle current challenges and nurture future action.
