Stress and burn-out are tangible issues for the adult social care workforce. Successfully tackling these issues and supporting the health and wellbeing of the workforce are crucial in retaining staff and ensuring that people with care and support needs and their families receive good quality care.

This webinar provides an opportunity for attendees to hear directly from colleagues in local government and the wider social care sector on how they are supporting the wellbeing of the social care workforce. It will explore examples of embedding wellbeing across the sector, as well as discrete interventions that can be operationalised in the working day.

Colleagues from Partners in Care and Health and the National Wellbeing Steering Group will discuss how they are currently providing support and are keen to hear what support you might need moving forward.
