Simple Things poster showcased at national conference

The award-winning Simple Things winter health campaign, which has been supporting residents with practical health and wellbeing messages for the last four years, was recently featured at the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) Conference.

The campaign was highlighted through a conference poster presentation that outlined the campaign’s aims, methodology and key results. The poster demonstrated how the campaign has successfully engaged communities with clear, accessible advice to help people stay well during the winter months.

Delegates attending the conference had the opportunity to learn about the campaign’s development and impact, with the poster generating considerable interest among public health professionals and partners from across the country. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many recognising the campaign as an effective example of collaborative, evidence-based health communication.

The inclusion of Simple Things at a national conference is a significant achievement and reflects the campaign’s success, innovation and contribution to improving winter health outcomes. Its presence at the event provided an opportunity to share learning and best practice with colleagues across the public health system, further strengthening its reputation as a leading public health communications initiative.
