The Association of Directors of Public Health will be hosting a practice sharing webinar on gambling related harms as part of their commercial determinants of health (CDOH) project, funded by The Health Foundation.
The webinar will be chaired by Peter Roderick (DPH York, ADPH CDOH project chair, and ADPH Addiction PAG co-lead). During the session, speakers will be presenting on the topic of:
- the progress of the Gambling Levy
- local action to tackle gambling related harm
- the aim to permit
- enforcement
- potential actions for local authorities following the Gambling Levy allocations
The webinar will be open to all public health colleagues, who are also encouraged to share details within networks.
