Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals are committed to improving the experience and health outcomes of patients, service users, carers, families and the wider public. The current Patient Experience Strategy is up for review. To support the creation of the new Patient Experience Strategy for 2022 to 2025 Warrington and Halton want to share their proposed objectives to take on board thoughts to ensure that the new strategy is fit for purpose and supports the diverse communities that we serve.
Focus group workshops will take place on Monday 7th November where the proposed strategy will be presented with time to share thoughts, recommendations and experiences.
