New website and branding set to launch on ‘No Smoking Day’

There has been huge progress for All Together Smokefree , as it prepares to enter its second year and the delivery phase of the programme. A new public-facing brand and website have been developed, based on insight from stakeholders and people who smoke, and additional in-depth insight is ongoing.

The new brand and website will be launched on 12th March, No Smoking Day, along with a PR and Marketing campaign to publicly introduce the programme to our communities.

In addition, we are continuing to support the Tobacco and Vapes Bill as it passes through parliament, with MP engagement and a press release planned for 3rd reading. In addition, we will shortly be commencing a series of nine engagement events in partnership with Healthwatch Cheshire and Merseyside.

These will take place in shopping centres I each locality, and will include the involvement of local teams and services, who will be speaking to members of the public. The aim of this initiative is to share information and support for smokers to stop, to encourage people to support the Tobacco and Vapes bill by emailing their MP (which they will be able to do there and then) and to raise the profile of the All Together Smokefree programme and the work we are doing in Cheshire and Merseyside.
