Mental Health Safety Improvement Programme: Reducing Restrictive Practice

This collaborative event is aimed at mental health nurses, clinical leads, quality improvement leads, patient safety specialists and staff members from the 14 North West Coast wards participating in the National Mental Health Safety Improvement Programme, with a goal of establishing a support network for the North West Coast Mental Health Trusts. The event will build upon learning from the QI coaching sessions and include a representative from Taylor Ward in St. Helens will be speaking about their change idea as part of the programme and how they have found the planning and implementation process.
