Join NHS England and Core20Plus5 for a free online CVD Prevention event to explore how we as a system can improve heart health in the community and in Primary Care.
We will hear from regional experts in Cheshire and Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and South Cumbria. They will lead discussions on new ways of case finding and managing high blood pressure, including how we use social media, engage with local people, work with pharmacies, and innovate with GPs.
The event is intended for clinical leads, Primary Care Networks, health inequalities leads, health care professionals, policy-makers, public health pharmacists, innovation agencies, voluntary sector and those with an interest in long-term health conditions and sustainability in health and care.
