Champs Directors of Public Health and the wider Public Health Collaborative would like to wish Eileen O’Meara, Director of Public Health (DPH) for Halton a very happy retirement and thank her for her valuable contributions to both Halton and the Collaborative.
Eileen has led on many areas for the Collaborative, more recently as Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for Population Health culminating in Cheshire and Merseyside becoming a Marmot Community.
