Join One Knowsley on Thursday 18th August to find out more about the new Cheshire & Merseyside Cancer Alliance (CMCA) Small Grants Programme plus the Kirkby Lung Cancer Champions Programme (funded as part of the CMCA). The Cheshire & Merseyside Cancer Alliance aims to develop the work of voluntary and community groups on:
- Improving communities’ awareness of the early-signs and symptoms of cancer
- Increasing NHS cancer screening uptake
This session is aimed at those working in the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector in Knowsley who could play a role in tackling health inequalities in the borough.
