About this event
This online workshop will introduce coaching as a concept and enable you to learn more about what it is, as well as giving you space to reflect, think and plan for overcoming any challenge uppermost in your mind.
The session will be facilitated by Shirley Gaston, founding Director of Azesta, an experiential learning company developing teams, leaders and coaches.
Professor Helen Bromley, lead Director of Public Health for Workforce Wellbeing and Development will chair the event.
