Join us to celebrate 20 years of collaboration.

This year, the Cheshire and Merseyside Directors of Public Health are celebrating 20 years of partnership working through the Champs Public Health Collaborative.

From its early beginnings in the NHS as a public health network, the Collaborative has gone from strength to strength and following ten years of public health in Local Government, the public health community has worked with partners in this innovative way to deliver extraordinary impact, change lives and improve the health and wellbeing of the population.

This event is an opportunity to celebrate 20 years of collaboration and look forward to the future opportunities for the public health in Cheshire and Merseyside. It also aims to inspire the next generation of public health leaders and promote wellbeing, encouraging both team and partnership working.

Confirmed speakers include:

– David Buck, Senior fellow, public health and health inequalities, The King’s Fund
– Professor Kevin Fenton, President of the Faculty of Public Health
– Jim McManus, President of the Association of Directors of Public Health
