ASH will be hosting a webinar on 17th June, 11:30 -12:30 on Delivering on the shift to prevention in the NHS.
The webinar will explore the changing role of ICBs in response to the government’s priority to ‘shift to prevention’. It will be chaired by Sarah Woolnough, Chief Executive of The King’s Fund, and the keynote speaker will be Jim Mackey, Chief Executive of NHS England.
This session will take tobacco control as the case study for what can be achieved and highlight the opportunities to accelerate progress in preventing the major drivers of poor health and health inequalities.
