ADPH is hosting a masterclass ‘Resilience – the whole picture’ which will be led by Dr Derek Mowbray, Director of the Management Advisory Service, Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Scientist, with a doctorate in the psychology of leadership.
The session will examine the interrelationship between the working environment and the individual. It will also focus on team resilience and explore how to create a resilient and positive working environment.
