Although individual grant funding sources have their own eligibility and assessment criteria, the principles for producing a robust application are broadly similar. It is these principles that will be explained to enable you to write and develop an exceptional grant funding application.

Cost: The cost of the course is £69 + VAT per place for charities, voluntary & community sector groups, town/parish councils and £89 + VAT per place for public and private sector organisations. The cost includes a comprehensive delegate pack plus arrival and mid morning refreshments.

Background: Stephen Wright worked as a Grant Funding Adviser at Cheshire County Council for 12 years, but left local government (Cheshire East) at the end of February 2010 to set up his own consultancy, Grant Funding Skills Ltd. During his time at the Council, he wrote and advised on applications which brought in over £32m into Cheshire from UK funding sources; during the last 8 years, he has secured a further £18m for clients.
